elcome!   We offer over 75 Vacation  World ranging from 3 to 8 bedrooms.  We have affordable rental homes to fit everyone's budget and needs - from luxurious to executive to downright cheap.  We have homes located in secluded orange groves, on golf courses, near the attraction areas or homes that overlook lakes.  All luxury vacation homes have their own pools, some with spas, some with game rooms, hot tubs and some located on golf courses and all are fully furnished to very high standards.

All of our  are located in Kissimmee, Orlando and it's surrounding areas.  They have quiet communities to give you your privacy with the added benefit of being only 12-20 minutes to Disney's Main Gate, Universal Studios, Island of Adventure and Sea World.  the Orange County Convention Center and Gaylord Palms Convention Center are 15 minutes from your door step.  Some of our homes are located near the orange grove district.
